About this park
Korung National Park is less than an hour’s drive from Perth. It’s a great place to bush walk and mountain bike but there are no visitor facilities. A network of walk trails starts outside the park and criss-cross through the park. Which one will you choose? Mountain bikers can explore on two wheels on the Munda Biddi Trail that runs through parts of the park.
Escape the burbs into a wonderland of wildflowers in springtime. Whatever the season, you will enjoy its natural appeal.
Review - Great walking trails
I have walked many trails in this great National Park, the Lion Lookout trail is quite short but very challenging due to very steep descents, Victoria Dam, Bickley Reservoir, Munday Brook trail and many more. The abundance of wildflowers in Spring is amazing. Once you get used to the signage it’s quite easy to follow the trails without getting lost. A must visit for everyone trying to escape the Perth suburbia.
