About this park
The park is surrounded by loads of walking trails and sensational mountain bike trails. Whatever your level of fitness there’s a trail for you. Enjoy the natural landscape of karri, marri and jarrah forests. If you come in spring, there are lots of wildflowers out too.
Take your time and explore the 10 Mile Brook cycle/walk tsrail. It’s a moderately easy route out to 10 Mile Brook Dam. You’ll need about four hours for this one.
Alternatively, there’s an easy walk called the Chimney Trail. This 3.2km loop takes you past the old Wharncliffe Mill site. The old brick chimney there was used to burn the sawdust produced by the mill, when it was still running.
Stay awhile and set up camp, book a cabin, safari tent or dorm room at the RAC Margaret River Nature Park. It’s a short stroll from the Margaret River town centre and a perfect spot to stay with family.
Review – Awesome hiking and mountain bike trails
