About this place
Mount Burnett is an attractive bush picnic area, the perfect place to stop for a cuppa when driving along the highway. The trail takes you across a boardwalk over a creek, through Marri-Jarrah forest to a lookout on top of a granite outcrop. It returns to the parking area via a loop trail that passes through more Jarrah forest interspersed with bull banksia and grass trees.
