About this place
Mount Dale Picnic Area is in a clearing in jarrah / marri forest located along Dale Road, just below the summit of Mount Dale. It has a couple of picnic tables and toilet facilities, and some open rocky areas nearby from which there are views out over the forest.
The picnic area is within walking distance of the summit of Mount Dale and the lookout following the Mount Dale Circuit walk trail, but has its own separate parking area.
