About this place
Woodloes Park is a pleasant stretch of lawn surrounded by plenty of trees providing shade. The park runs down to the fringing vegetation of the Canning River. Enjoy a picnic on the grass or have a look around the old homestead, which has been turned into a museum exhibiting the way of life of the 19th century settlers and a small chapel which can be booked for weddings. The area is open intermittently, please check the Woodloes Homestead website for opening hours.
