Sues Bridge Campground

We recognise and acknowledge Bibulmun/Piblemen and Wardandi people as the Traditional Owners of Blackwood River National Park.

Sues Bridge Campground
Bronwyn Wells

Site access

An accessible campsite is provided at Sue's Bridge campground. It's linked by brick paved pathways to wheelchair accessible toilets and a barbecue shelter. The toilets are located 50m from the accessible campsite, while the sheltered picnic area is located directly across the loop access road 35m away.

The gradients on both of these pathways are less than 2 degrees. Access from the other campsites to the toilets and sheltered picnic tables is via an internal loop access road which has a firm, compacted gravel surface, and reasonably level gradient throughout the campground.

Parking

The camping area includes two accessible parking bays and tent pads (site No 16) as well as a further 24 campsites, each with its own parking space. These sites vary in terms of their overall dimensions and gradients, but many are reasonably level and useable for visitors with mobility restrictions.

Toilets

Toilets are available.
  • Wheelchair accessible
  • Non-flushable drop toilet

Two accessible toilets are provided.
