Cable Beach

We recognise and acknowledge Menang people as the Traditional Owners of Torndirrup National Park.

Cable Beach
Bronwyn Wells

Site access

There is a narrow trail leading from the carpark through vegetation to a large expanse of granite. On the other side of the rock, a wooden staircase provides access down the vegetated slope to a lower granite rock platform closer to the ocean. There is no marked route across the uneven granite surface between the end of the trail and the start of the staircase.

At the bottom of the staircase there is a rock platform high above the ocean to the right. To the left there is a short narrow path between boulders. This path does not continue as far as the beach.

Parking

The parking area has a gravel surface with no markings for parking bays.

Toilets

No toilets at this location. Follow Leave No Trace principles.
