5 fantastic ways to enjoy Wellington National Park
Some people say Wellington National Park has it all and we are inclined to agree!
Whether you're looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway or an action-packed adventurous weekend, this is the place to go.

You can go camping
You'll probably want to stay awhile when you see how beautiful this park is. There are four lovely campgrounds to choose from and all of these must be booked before you go.
Potters Gorge Campground can accommodate all types of camping with gas barbecues, picnic tables and toilets.
Honeymoon Pool and Stones Brook campgrounds are only for pitching tents and have gas barbecues and toilets. Stones Brook also has a dishwashing sink.
Gelcoat is an open campground that can accommodate small groups camping together in tents and is great for camping with a group of friends or family. The campgrounds has picninc tables and toilets.

Try mountain biking
You'll be stoked with the number of rad trails to test your riding skills. The Munda Biddi passes through the park and there are a number of other trails suitable for all types of skill levels.
And, if you don't own a bike, there's no need to miss out on all the trail fun, you can hire one at the Kiosk at the Dam.
Explore the area on foot
The beautiful forests and valleys are a mecca for bushwalking and there are a number of trails to explore. The bushwalks vary in intensity and length with the longest and newest one being 20km long! There is definitely something for everyone. To find out more visit Trails WA.
Look for wildflowers and animals
Every spring there are magnificent shows of colourful wildflowers and whether you're a bird watcher or not, there are over 70 species of birds that will entertain and delight you. Bring your torch for some night time animal spotting. You may even be lucky enough to see a unique native animal such as a chuditch, quenda, quokka, brushtail possum, woylie or western ringtail possum.
Enjoy a cuppa and some delicious home-made food
The Kiosk at the Dam has a delicious menu of home-made treats that changes regularly to take advantage of the best local seasonal produce.
