Camp next to Bald Hill, a granite outcrop with sweeping views of the Avon River valley.

About this campground

This campground has picnic tables, fire rings, toilets and water (untreated) and is suitable for tents or camper trailers only.

There is no vehicle access to the river in the park.

The best time to visit is late autumn to spring. It can be very hot during summer.

A self-registration station is located on Quarry Road.

Non-bookable campgrounds operate on a first come, first served basis. Be aware that this campground may get busy, especially during weekends and holidays. Identify alternative accommodation in case there are no campsites available when you arrive.
