About this place

Yanchep National Park  has been home to a colony of koala's since 1938.

There are 5 koalas (as of 2024) Miffy, a seven-year-old female, Louie and Franklin Doogsie, 18-month-old brothers, 19-year-old Kate and 14-year-old Koodah.

There's a raised boardwalk where you can see them lazing among the branches of the trees and learn more about these fascinating creatures.

The 3.15pm daily koala talk has been suspended until further notice but you can come and see the koalas between 8am and 4.30pm every day.
