About this place
The views from Sandy Bay will not disappoint, with a picturesque white sandy beach and turquoise waters offering a popular place to relax, swim and fish from the shore.
Have a picnic with a view under the shaded picnic tables. On windy days, Sandy Bay can be full of colour as kite/wind surfers traverse back and forth in the lagoon. You can also take a walk to Osprey Bay on the trail.
Due to its astounding beauty, Sandy Bay is a popular destination for wedding ceremonies. To obtain a permit for events at Sandy Bay and other destinations within Cape Range National Park contact the Parks and Wildlife Exmouth Office.
