Ross Graham

We recognise and acknowledge Nanda people as the Traditional Owners of Kalbarri National Park.

Site access

There is a lookout over the Murchison River gorge, a walk trail and a shade shelter.

The semi-circular top lookout near the trailhead to the Ross Graham Walk offers panoramic river views and is wheelchair accessible. It has variable height seating and offers an effective viewing option for those visitors with mobility restrictions, who are unable to negotiate steps.

Parking

The sealed parking area has 30 bays and three extra-long vehicle bays for cars, caravans and tourist coaches. While there are no designated accessible parking bays, there is ample space to accommodate visitors with mobility restrictions.

Pedestrian access from the parking area to the toilets, shade shelters and top lookout are via a 350m long path network (approximately 175m of asphalt and 175m of compacted gravel) that encircles the perimeter of the parking area. The path is level with the parking area which is set back from the gorge but provides expansive views.

Toilets

Toilets are available.
  • Wheelchair accessible
  • Unisex

Four unisex toilets, including a wheelchair accessible toilet, are located approximately 60m from the closest parking bay. A 1.8m wide, gently sloping bitumen path connects the toilets with the adjacent parking area and shade shelters. The gradient is mostly under 2.
