About this park
Unleash the adventurer in you - there is more than 50,000 acres to explore! Bushwalk, mountain bike, 4WD or horse ride. You’ll find gorgeous trails with a range of difficulties to choose from. Swim or fish in the tranquil spring and summer waters or unleash the kayak for some heart-pumping, fast-paced, white-water action in winter.
Set up camp in one of the many campgrounds, and after a day of fun reconnect with family and friends or relax under the blissful canopy of the forest.
You’ll find the picnic areas and barbecue facilities are perfect for a day visit too if that’s all the time you have –recharge with a bushwalk spotting quokka, woylie or perhaps a chuditch along the way. If you’re feeling a bit more adventurous take your turn flying through the trees (safely, of course) at Treetops Adventure.
Don’t forget the stunning photo opportunities –the Dwaarlindjirraap Bridge, the wildflowers in spring, the noisy Baudin’s and Carnaby’s cockatoos above, or perhaps you’ll snap an elusive western ringtail possum deep within the woodland.
Your adventure awaits!
Review - Time to chill out
Recently stayed at one of the many camp sites in the Lane Pool Reserve about 2hours south of Perth for a long weekend. What a great place to escape reality and just chill out for a few days. No mobile phone coverage, no power just back to nature on the door steps of the Murray. alanc632016 – Trip Advisor
