Careening Bay is frequently visited by people keen to see the historic Mermaid Tree in Prince Regent National Park and is a very beautiful spot in its own right.

Straight from the parking area, head to the beach and enjoy everything Ledge Beach has to offer, like swimming, fishing, beachcombing and more.

This place of beautiful water, known as Kwoppa-kepa to Whadjuk Nyoongar people is perfect for swimming, canoeing, walking or just sitting by the river with a picnic.

A lovely spot for picnics, barbecues and enjoying the river views. You might even spot a dolphin!
